PARAMEDICS treated two motorists for minor injuries after a truck collided with a 4WD on the Warrego Highway at Oakey.

A Queensland Fire and Emergency Services spokeswoman said the truck rolled, after colliding with the 4WD.

It spilled garden mulch across the highway, severely limiting the traffic flow.

"We are treated two patients," she said.

"All are out of their vehicles and accounted for."

The truck driver was transported to the Toowoomba Hospital in a stable condition, while the second declined transport.

The truck was travelling on the westbound lane of the Warrego Highway when it crashed near the intersection with Old Warrego Highway and Kearney Rd, about 1.10pm.

Both lanes are currently blocked, and motorists are advised to avoid the area.
