Taxpayers foot bill
IT IS reported that Labor, Liberal and Greens spent $3.5 million of taxpayers' money on overseas trips and networking.
These are the same people cutting pensions and reducing the asset level so more pensioners don't qualify for a pension entitlement.
Labor claimed the most with $1.96 million, Liberals used $1.08 million and the Greens were at $400,000.
The rest was spent on networking - mainly Labor for fraternal training of overseas organisations.
This is only a small example of how our political representatives squander our money and then ask us to tighten our belts because they can't balance the budget.
Is it any wonder the independent and new parties are gaining ground.
Basically, voters have had enough of these clowns that think they belong to a privileged group.
