Unemployed driver caught with meth and cannabis in system
A ROCKHAMPTON magistrate slammed a man who told the court he was looking for work after pleading guilty to driving under the influence of drugs.
Matthew James Guy faced Rockhampton Magistrates Court on January 8 after police caught him with methamphetamine and cannabis in his system.
"If you're looking for work I don't know what the hell you're doing spending money on drugs," Magistrate Cameron Press said. He was fined $450 and disqualified for four months.
