Art of Compassion Exhibit
THE Anglican Church of Noosa is exploring what it means to care for others through its first ever "Art of Compassion” exhibit.
Over 45 original photographs, mosaics, folk art and paintings from local artists will be on display from Friday to Sunday. The exhibit features the first showing of "Transition” (oil on canvas) by Archibald finalist and Peregian Springs artist Ben Hedstrom. Some works will be for sale with proceeds benefiting Compassion Initiatives with the Anglican Church of Noosa.

MEL Yeates is performing at View Restaurant Peppers Noosa Resort and Villas on Saturday from 4.30pm to raise money for LYS (Love Your Sister) and Beyond Blue.
Cover charge is $5, which entitles all guests to a free drink from the bar.
There will be a raffle to raise money with prizes consisting of $200 dining vouchers at View Restaurant, and a $160 voucher for the new bike boating experience at the river plus more.
