Where to catch carols on the Sunshine Coast

THURSDAY, DECEMBER 15

Peregian Springs Christmas Carols Spectacular

The festive season fun continues at Peregian Springs Sports Centre from 5.30-8pm with a free Christmas Carols Spectacular. Click here for more information.

Mooloolaba Christmas Lights Bike Ride

See the local Christmas lights display from the saddle of a bicycle. The ride, organised by Buderim Lions Club, runs from 5-8pm and starts and finishes at Charles Clark Park, on River Esplanade.

Register online. The cost is $12 per person or $36 for families. All funds raised will go to Ronald McDonald House.

FRIDAY, DECEMBER 16

Night Divine at METRO Church

Head to Sugar Rd, Maroochydore for a night of carols, free Santa photos, prize give aways and plenty more. Doors open for the family event at 6pm. Details on the Facebook page.

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 17

Mooloolaba Christmas Boat Parade

The annual parade of boats decked out for the silly season will start at The Wharf, Parkyn Pde, at 6.30pm. It's free to watch, or $30 to enter a boat or house. Details here.

Carols on Kings Beach

Caloundra's Christmas carols event will be held at Kings Beach Amphitheatre, De Vene Ave, from 4.30-8.30pm. It's a free event, presented by Calvary Christian Church. The night will finish with fireworks, and free buses will run to and from the Caloundra Transit Centre on Cooma Tce. Find out more here.

Glasshouse Country Community Carols

Kawana Carols by the Beach

Kawana Surf Lifesaving Nippers will host a cracking Christmas event featuring Darren Percival, Mark Moroney, Hoo 8 Hoo and more. Gates open at 3pm. Details on the Facebook page.

Carols at Twilight, Maleny

Head along to the Maleny RSL Hall for a free concert featuring the Salvation Army Band. Doors open at 6.45pm. More information here.

Noosa Carols on the River

Bring the whole family to this spectacular night with carols, food, a visit from Santa, glow products, fireworks and a couple of very exciting surprises! Lions Park, Gympie Terrace, Noosaville, 7pm-8:30pm.

WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 21

Celebrating Jesus, Buderim

Celebrate Jesus at Buderim Uniting Church on the corner of King and Gloucester Rds, Buderim. From 5pm children can enjoy donkey rides, a petting farm, games, sausage sizzle and jumping castle. carols and an interactive retelling of the Christmas story begins at 6pm.

THURSDAY, DECEMBER 22

Carols in the Courtyard, Nambour

The Nambour council courtyard will come alive with the sound of carols, story telling and craft activities, from 5.30-7pm.

A cappella group Hot Ginger Chorus will sing the favourite Christmas carol classics.
